TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All rentals are subject to terms and conditions as mentioned in the rental agreement.
General Terms and Conditions:
  • Car rental bookings should be made 24 hours prior to travel.
  • INR rates are applicable to all resident Indians.
  • In garage to garage, Kilometer and Hour calculation will be made as per the slab given by the service provider.
  • In point to point , calculation of Kilometers will be charged on the basis of kms used(travelled) as per the given per km rate by the service provider.
  • A fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour.
  • A fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
  • Interstate taxes, permit fees, parking fees, toll taxes, etc. are to be paid by the customer on actual.
  • Car rental tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Cancellation Rules Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of advance amount paid by customer i.e. 300/- for Economy/Standard segment and 500/- for Luxury/Premium segment cabs (cancellation amount Rs.150/- and Rs.250/- respectively).
Same Day
100%

  • Modification will be permitted 4 hrs prior to the pick-up time. The extent of modification would be change of time only.
Chauffeur Drive- Local Use
  • If extra hour / km are logged, then the next package rate will apply and thereafter extra hours and kilometers rates will be charged as applicable.
  • A daily night halt charge (between INR 150 and INR 500 depending on the model of car) will be payable if the car rental package timings have been completed and the car has been retained beyond 24:00 hours.
  • Driver charges are applicable if the car travels beyond city / corporation limits.
Chauffeur Drive-Outstation Uses
  • Minimum billing of 225 km per calendar day applicable. Rate per km will be charged as mentioned in the extra km column.
  • Driver charges (between INR 200 and INR 500) are payable on a daily basis.
  • All inter-state permits, fees, taxes, etc., will be charged as per actual.
Payment Terms
  • In garage to garage, An advance of Rs. 300/-for Economy/Standard segment & 500/- for Luxury/Premium segment cars will be charged at the time of booking. Rest of the payment will be collected by the driver at the time of completion of duty.
  • In Point to Point , An advance of Rs.100 will be charged at the time of booking. Rest of the payment will be collected by the driver at the time of completion of duty.
  • In case of delay the chauffeur will only wait for 1 hour after the scheduled pick up time given by you. In case the Train/flight is delayed by more than an hour, arrangements can be made for someone to meet you but this will incur extra charges.
  • In case of breakdown, the customer will be promised a suitable replacement within 30 minutes the customer has to wait for stipulated time, beyond that he will be entitled for refund of his advance deposit if he desires.
  • In case of outstation duties the customer will be informed by service provider about the suitable replacement and time taken. If he agrees then ok, otherwise the customer will only pay 50% of per kilometer rate for the kilometers traveled.
  • The refund procedure will be as follows:1. Refund will be given after due verification of cancellations from the service provider2. Refunds will be given on the same Credit/Debit card through which booking has been made.

  • Car type choosen is subject to availability, all possible effort will be made to provide the car choosen however in case it is not possible then any other car type from the same category will be provided.
